We invited the family of our would-be-son-in-law to choose from the large variety of engagement ring and the opposite family was very pleased with our idea and the “damad” picked up the ring of his choice. This show is also a men’s delight. This is how the JJS offers to the men!” said Reena Sogani who is preparing for her daughter’s wedding come January.
Smriti Trehan, a visitor to the show from Chandigarh picked up diamond bracelet to be presented to her husband on their 25th wedding anniversary.Bracelets in gold and in silver-both plain and diamond and coloured stones are on display.
Engagement rings in gold, pure diamonds, diamond and colour stones and even birthday stones have been showcased in various booths. These are available in traditional and contemporary designs.
One could pick up loose single stone or various sizes and hues and also large pieces of pearls for making rings.
Cuff links of various designs in pure gold and silver are hot items that are being picked up. There are evenmeenakari cuff links, diamond and colour stone studded cuff links, exquisite silver cufflinks in various sizes and shapes. Tie pins with small and largediamonds and even coloured stones and diamond studded and plain pearls are available in various designs.
Men’s charms and pendants in various designs-both large and small in sizes are also available in large variety. There is no dearth of men’s gold and silver chains for both daily wear and special occasion.
The booths offering gold chains are attracting large number of customers who want to buy it for presenting their male folks as gift or as marriage item.
There are ear rings both in gold and silver for men and even small and large sized ear rings or “murkis” that goes as male jewellery.
One could see wrist watch straps in both gold and silver that could be presented to the men.
Broaches and buttons are hot items. One could pick up Thewa art buttons for jackets and sherwanis.
